Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of certified organic vegetables to key retail partners including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and specialty stores across the UAE.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of retail sales dynamics, and a passion for organic and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell organic vegetables to retail stores, hypermarkets, and supermarkets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper in-store product visibility, shelf placement, and brand representation.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate order deliveries, and follow up on payments.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail field sales, merchandising, or account management.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

· Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel daily within UAE.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in fresh produce or FMCG industries.

· Proficiency in reporting and use of Excel or mobile data collection tools.

· Knowledge of UAE retail dynamics and store operations.

· High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to build rapport quickly.
