Sales Executive - Outbound calls

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Present company products/services to potential clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings (virtual or in-person).
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update CRM systems with client interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Able to work in US time zone (6:00PM - 3:00AM) from office DHA # 8, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
