Sales Executive (Owner Acquisition)

At Frank Porter , we help homeowners turn their properties into high performing short term rentals end to end. We’re growing and looking for driven Sales Executives .

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of homeowners/landlords via calls, WhatsApp/email, referrals, neighbourhood canvassing, and face to face meetings.
• Run discovery calls and onsite visits; present our services and handle objections.
• Prepare revenue estimates & proposals; negotiate and close contracts.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding with Operations until listings go live on OTAs.
• Keep meticulous CRM hygiene and share weekly forecasts & market intel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of target driven sales experience (real estate / hospitality preferred)
• Confident closer with strong consultative selling & objection handling
• Working knowledge of Dubai holiday-home/OTA landscape (or a fast learner)
• Excellent English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic/Russian/ is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred; immediate joiners welcome
