Job Summary
Plus UAE is hiring a target-driven Sales Executive to grow our PEO/EOR and on-demand manpower supply business in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on B2B sales to clients operating in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power Plants, Marine, CICPA-controlled sites, and Government/defence-linked areas, by providing compliant workforce deployment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B clients for EOR/PEO, contract staffing, and on-demand manpower supply services
- Sell manpower categories including blue collar & technical staff (helpers, technicians, operators, drivers, riggers, welders, safety staff) and white collar (engineers, supervisors, admin, QA/QC, HSE)
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder presentations to HR, Procurement, Operations, and Project Managers
- Understand manpower requirements (quantity, trades, duration, site requirements) and prepare commercial proposals/quotations
- Coordinate with recruitment/operations teams for mobilization, onboarding, compliance documentation, and deployment
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closure, client retention, and upselling
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Track competitor activity and market demand trends in Abu Dhabi industrial sectors

Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in manpower supply / staffing / recruitment / outsourcing in the UAE
- Strong network with contractors/EPCs in Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial, Facilities, Power (nuclear exposure is an advantage)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented, self-managed, and comfortable with field sales
- UAE driving license preferred
- Ability to work with urgency and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience selling to ADNOC ecosystem contractors / major EPCs / industrial service companies
- Knowledge of staffing models: EOR, PEO, secondment, temporary staffing, project deployment
- Strong closing ability and proven monthly target achievement
