Job Title: Sales Executive (Pharmaceutical & Nutraceuticals)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell one assigned product from our product portfolio to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies in Karachi. The role is field-based and requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies, distributors, and relevant stakeholders across Karachi
Promote and generate sales for one selected product assigned by the company
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity information
Ensure ethical, accurate, and compliant communication of product information
Submit daily/weekly visit reports and monthly sales performance reports
Represent the company professionally at all times
Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (field-based, flexible as per sales targets)
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Sales Manager / Business Development Head
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Must be Karachi-based
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must own a bike or car for field visits
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Existing network within pharmaceutical or nutraceutical companies in Karachi
Experience dealing with procurement, QA, or production departments
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
Commission-based incentives (linked to achieved targets; details discussed during interview)
Fuel allowance
Vehicle maintenance support (bike/car)
Product and sales training provided by the company
Probation Period
3-month probation period, subject to performance evaluation
Compliance & Ethics
Must adhere to company policies and pharmaceutical/nutraceutical marketing ethics
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Travel Requirement
Extensive field travel within Karachi is required
Notice Period
30 days or as per company policy
