Sales Executive (Pharmacy)

Job Summary:

H Pharmacy is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive – Pharmacy to support business growth by acquiring new customers, promoting pharmacy products, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retail and/or B2B sales, engaging with walk-in customers, corporates, and medical professionals to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Acquisition & Sales:

  • Drive sales of pharmaceutical and wellness products to individual and business customers (including walk-ins, clinics, hospitals, and corporates).
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers.
  • Promote pharmacy products, health packages, and services to target audiences.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pharmacy products, offers, and health-related services.
  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and availability.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvement or customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy sales, medical representative roles, or healthcare-related sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy products and healthcare services is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in [local language] and English preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings or field sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
