Job Overview:
Emirates Talent Solution is hiring an experienced Sales Executive with 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate/property development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through property sales.
  • Manage client acquisition, property presentations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct site visits and represent projects to investors and buyers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, competitor projects, and market insights.
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM with leads and conversions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in property development/real estate (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA certification preferred.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission (based on performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
