About the Role

ScaleUp is hiring Sales Executives for their Karachi-based client in the real estate sector. The role involves client prospecting, onboarding, sales pipeline development, and supporting property deal origination. Applicants must be comfortable with target-driven sales and direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard clients for real estate offerings
• Conduct sales outreach and lead origination activities
• Manage follow-ups, proposals, and client communication
• Support deal closures and sales documentation
• Maintain and update sales and lead status reports
• Present real estate offerings to prospective clients

Must-Have Skills

• Real estate sales experience (or relevant target-based sales)
• Client-facing and target-driven approach
• Confidence in sales conversations

Experience

• 1–2 years in sales roles preferred

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly relevant:

• Real Estate Marketing
• Banking (sales roles)
• Insurance (sales roles)
