Sales Executive - Real Estate

Role Purpose: The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential units (apartments and villas) and clubhouse memberships. This role focuses on lead conversion, client engagement, property presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Sales & Lead Management

  • Generating, follow-up, and convert sales leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Conduct property viewings, site tours, and sales presentations for prospective clients.
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and membership benefits clearly and professionally.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide timely follow-up and respond professionally to client inquiries.
  • Support after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Marketing & Coordination

  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, exhibitions, and property launch.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on digital and walk-in leads.
  • Work closely with brokers and referral partners as assigned.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales records, client details, and follow-up schedules.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates for senior sales staff and management.
  • Ensure all sales documentation (reservation forms, agreements, handover documents) is complete and accurate.

Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements in Bahrain.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Experience in residential property sales is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
