Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding property details, pricing, and site visits.
- Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, leads, and sales pipeline.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and client support.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong understanding of the local property market and real estate trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- High level of self-motivation, ambition, and enthusiasm.
- Presentable and professional.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to property sites.
