Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients regarding property details, pricing, and site visits.
  • Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, leads, and sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and client support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and real estate trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • High level of self-motivation, ambition, and enthusiasm.
  • Presentable and professional.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to property sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
