Acube Abodes Realty is a dynamic real estate developer in Dubai, specializing in delivering premium off-plan projects designed for modern lifestyles and attractive investments. To expand our team, we are hiring motivated Sales Executives with proven experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will focus exclusively on selling Acube Abodes Realty’s off-plan projects. The role requires individuals who are energetic, driven, and capable of building strong client and broker relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.
- Identify new leads, conduct client meetings, and follow up on potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, end users, and brokers.
- Present project details, payment plans , and investment benefits to client.
- Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closing deals.
- Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Provide clients with accurate information about property features, payment plans, legal aspects, and project updates.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a database of leads, clients, and broker contacts.
- Report sales progress and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of proven sales experience with real estate developer in Dubai (Off plan experience preferred.) Or minimum 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai.
- Proven ability to achieved and exceed sales agent.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, laws, and regulations.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
- Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive Commission Structure on closed deals (uncapped earnings).
