Sales Executive – Real Estate Developer

We are a leading real estate developer seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developer sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle direct sales of real estate projects.
  • Identify potential clients and actively generate leads.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, follow up with clients, and provide tailored support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a real estate developer (not with a brokerage or agency).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, presentation, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and an effective team player.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience working with real estate development companies.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, French, and/or English.
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern or South Asian business cultures and practices is a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
