Requirements:

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Corporate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
• Strong client engagement and follow-up skills to ensure long-term relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
