Sales Executive (Restaurant)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote the restaurant, increase sales, and build strong relationships with customers and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will help grow revenue through bookings, events, partnerships, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote restaurant services, dining offers, events, and catering packages
  • Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers and corporate clients
  • Handle group bookings, parties, and special events
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with restaurant management and service staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
  • Represent the restaurant at promotional events and networking opportunities

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of local market and customer trends
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales executive for a restaurant or hotel: 4 years (Preferred)

  • English (Preferred)
