Rubtech is the rubber manufacturing division of Hira Industries LLC, established with a state-of-the-art plant to design, produce, and supply custom molded and extruded rubber products tailored to the industrial, construction, and marine markets. Products include rubber wall guards, speed humps, marine fender systems, EPDM building profiles, anti-vibration pads, bridge bearings and expansion joints, seals, and other protective rubber solutions.

Rubtech’s mission is to deliver high-quality rubber solutions that meet customer specifications through strong engineering, product development, and customer support.

Job Purpose:

To grow sales and market presence of Rubtech rubber products in Abu Dhabi by promoting solutions to contractors, consultants, project stakeholders, and end users within targeted industry segments, while meeting sales and specification objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute field sales activity by visiting construction, industrial, marine, infrastructure, and facility management clients in Abu Dhabi.
  • Promote and secure specifications and approvals for Rubtech rubber products across projects and accounts.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right rubber solutions (e.g., wall guards, speed humps, fenders, profiles, vibration pads).
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers and project teams.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and RFQs, ensuring timely conversion to orders.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and report results.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project status, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure product fit and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing for rubber and protective products.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform future product development efforts.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial rubber products, construction materials, safety/impact protection systems, or related solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Familiarity with technical products and ability to explain features, benefits, and applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to perform site visits and work in field sales environments.
  • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • Previous sales experience in building products, safety systems, marine supplies, or engineered industrial solutions.
  • Knowledge of EPDM, rubber extrusion/molding, or industrial protection solutions.
