Sales Executive - Sea Freight Forwarding

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sea freight and logistics sector.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and internal operations teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate regular sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE logistics industry, specifically in sea freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Any Bachelor’s degree acceptable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
