Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Role Description

DHA Karachi is strengthening its Sales function to support an expanding portfolio of premium real estate assets. We are looking for experienced, credible, and commercially sharp professionals who can independently drive sales and leasing across high-value residential and commercial properties.

This role demands more than routine selling. You will be expected to engage serious investors, handle complex transactions, and close deals with confidence while upholding DHA’s reputation.

Designation and seniority will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and track record.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and leasing of DHA real estate assets, including:
  • Residential and commercial plots
  • Constructed residential and commercial units
  • High-rise and seafront luxury properties
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers, investors, and tenants
  • Conduct client engagements, site visits, and tailored property presentations
  • Structure, negotiate, and close transactions in line with DHA policies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders for documentation, approvals, and transaction closure
  • Maintain disciplined tracking of leads, conversions, and client interactions
  • Track market movements, pricing trends, and competitor positioning
  • Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and sales protocols
  • Contribute directly to revenue targets and overall sales performance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant qualification preferred)
  • Relevant experience in real estate sales, with designation aligned to experience and performance
  • Demonstrated ability to close mid to high-value property transactions


Preferred Background

  • Prior sales experience within DHA Karachi
  • Exposure to high-rise developments and seafront or luxury property segments
  • Strong network of investors, HNW clients, and real estate stakeholders
