Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, presenting Spok Digital’s services to potential clients, and building long-term partnerships that support ongoing revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative departments to provide customized digital marketing solutions that align with each client’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and professional networking.
  • Promote and sell a range of services including social media management, Google Ads, SEO, branding, and website development.
  • Understand client needs and recommend effective, customized digital marketing plans.
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client projects.
  • Track and maintain client data, sales activities, and communication using CRM tools.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Paid annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
