Sales Executive (Solar Energy)

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will generate leads, conduct client meetings, provide solar system proposals, and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to Learn and accept challenges.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Candidate must have own conveyance
