Sales Executive- Switchgear

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Switchgear to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell switchgear products.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions from the product portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients within the company’s guidelines.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in switchgear or electrical equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
