Job Description: Sales Executive – Tech Accessories

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Tech to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing and expanding business across hardware, club, and food & drug channels , working closely with retail partners to drive category growth. The successful candidate will work alongside one other salesperson who manages mass/mid-tier accounts, ensuring broad coverage of our retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers across hardware, club, and food & drug retail channels.
  • Drive sales growth for leading brands in categories such as speakers, charging, and lighting.
  • Manage account-specific sales plans, including forecasting, promotional strategies, and sell-through analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, merchandising initiatives, and category management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, line reviews, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, tech accessories, or FMCG/retail distribution.
  • Strong track record of managing accounts in retail channels such as hardware, club, or food & drug.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
