Sales Executive – Truck Dispatching

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with truck dispatching experience to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, booking and dispatching loads, negotiating rates with carriers, and ensuring smooth coordination between shippers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain sales leads in the US trucking/logistics market
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and customers
  • Book, schedule, and dispatch loads efficiently
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and drivers
  • Track loads and provide regular updates to customers
  • Meet monthly sales and dispatching targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in US Truck Dispatching & Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required)
  • Strong understanding of US logistics/trucking operations
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
