Sales Executive - Tyres & Batteries

Employment Type: Full-Time (Incentive-Based)
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years experience with sales and communication skill set. Knowledge of tyres will be an added advantage.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our team with a leading tyre retailer in Dubai. This role involves selling tyres, batteries, automotive parts, and accessories directly to customers in-store. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, eager to learn, and driven by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting tyres, batteries, parts, and accessories that suit their vehicle needs.
• Provide expert advice on product features, specifications, and prices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest products and trends in the automotive industry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including merchandising products to maximize sales potential.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Stay informed about competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends.
• Participate in product training and continuous development programs to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in tyre retail, sales, or the automotive sector.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/automotive products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts and accessories is preferred (training will be provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations for billing and inventory.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi or other languages is a plus.

• Base Salary: Competitive base salary (discussed during the interview).
