Sales Executive – USA Telecom & Internet Services

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and fluent Customer Sales Executives to handle inbound sales calls for USA-based cable TV, internet, and phone services (including Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier, EarthLink, Optimum, and others). This role requires strong English communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and effective call-handling techniques to drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding cable TV, internet, and phone services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable service packages.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Accurately record customer details and sales information in the system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to manage calls effectively under pressure.
• Preferred: Prior experience in internet and cable TV campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 85,000+ (higher for experienced candidates).
• Commission: PKR 2,000 per sale (after installation).
• Cash Bonus: Same-day cash bonus per sale.
• Attractive monthly incentives for high performers.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
