Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and fabrication sectors
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations
• Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as required (valid driving license necessary)
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in Construction, Fit-Out, or Fabrication industries
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits
