Job Summary

Ziyana Yachts is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to focus on yacht charter sales in Dubai. The role is full-time, with an attractive commission structure for high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage yacht charter enquiries and close sales.
  • Generate new leads and clients through networking and referrals.
  • Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporates.
  • Negotiate and finalise charter agreements.
  • Represent the company at luxury events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of luxury sales experience (yachting, real estate, hospitality, aviation, or luxury retail).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s luxury market.
