Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the interior fit-out, civil, MEP, and design sectors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's design and execution capabilities. The role demands a strong understanding of the construction and fit-out industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Civil, MEP, and Fit-Out sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and client referrals.
  • Meet with clients to understand project requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities and client communications.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the construction, interior fit-out, or MEP industry.
  • Strong network of clients in construction and fit-out sectors is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
