Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial safety equipment markets (domestic & international).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Understand technical specifications of safety products (PPE, safety gear, mechanical safety equipment, etc.) and present solutions to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Work closely with the production and design teams to customize products as per client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proposals for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, prepare regular business reports, and forecast sales performance.
- Attend trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety certifications, and industry regulations.
