- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.

- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- CRM Utilization: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
