Sales Executives

• Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from prospective customers interested in our products/services.
• Understand Customer Needs: Engage in active listening to comprehend customer requirements, challenges, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by showcasing how our offerings align with the customer's needs, emphasizing value, and addressing objections.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• CRM Utilization: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
