- Understand and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's pre-owned vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, pricing, and history.
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Present pre-owned vehicle options clearly and professionally, highlighting their value, condition, and suitability.
- Handle leads from various sources, including showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, and external referrals.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers to close deals effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set for pre-owned vehicles, including both domestic and export markets.
- Assist customers with test drives, vehicle inspections, financing options, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both individual customers and export clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and process all documentation related to the sale of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage vehicle preparation for delivery, including cleaning, servicing, and registration.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and export departments for overseas vehicle shipment, customs documentation, and compliance.
- Monitor stock levels of pre-owned vehicles and report on inventory movement.
- Analyse sales performance, market demand, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and export deals.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and other export-related sales proposals.
- Gather feedback to support continuous improvement in sales processes, especially for international transactions.
