Sales Expert (Leading Beauty Brand)

JOB SUMMARY: You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultation, product mastery, and storytelling. Your role goes beyond sales; you will inspire, educate, and empower customers to find the right solution for their needs, ensuring they walk away excited to share their experiences.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each shopper leaves informed, satisfied, and inspired.
  • Drive sales performance by showcasing superior product knowledge, live demonstrations, and consultative selling.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual, store, and network sales & KPI targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our premium positioning in-store and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Engage in proactive floor presence, identifying opportunities to match customer needs with solutions.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Field Force Management to maximize conversion rates.
  • Implement effective upselling techniques and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Support operational routines, including merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to company and partner policies.
  • Represent the brand's innovation-driven culture with professionalism, energy, and authenticity.

QUALIFICATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/WMS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within consumer technology, beauty, or luxury brand environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering superior customer service.
  • Experience in creating personalized, engaging shopping experiences through consultative selling.
