Sales Force Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automation. You’ll collaborate closely with our business and product teams to translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce tools.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules as per business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Build and maintain automation workflows (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).
• Ensure data integrity and security through proper design and implementation of sharing rules and role hierarchies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines or change sets.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for existing Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile methodology.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I, preferred Platform Developer II).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier.
• Experience with third-party AppExchange applications and custom metadata configuration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
