About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Fundraising Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and support our fundraising and donor engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident in communication, and wants to build a career in sales, marketing, or fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the fundraising team in reaching out to potential donors and partners.
• Conduct donor follow-ups through calls, messages, and meetings (as guided).
• Support in organizing fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach activities.
• Prepare basic reports, maintain donor data, and update records.
• Help create presentations, proposals, and fundraising materials.
• Support in corporate outreach and building new connections.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly fundraising targets.
• Participate in field visits when required to better understand project impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences preferred but open to all).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and willing to engage with people.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn sales and fundraising techniques.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Prior sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Understanding of NGOs or fundraising activities (optional).
