Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute lead generation strategies focused on Amazon Private Label sellers within the eCommerce industry.
* Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and automation tools to identify and connect with potential clients.
* Collect, verify, and manage lead databases using scraping tools, B2B directories, and contact platforms such as Apollo, UpLead, or Crunchbase.
* Build and maintain multi-step sales funnels (awareness → nurture → conversion) for continuous client flow.
* Design and send cold email campaigns using tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, or Smartlead.
* Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align lead-generation content (case studies, client results, posts, and email sequences).
* Track and report lead conversion metrics, reply rates, and ROI of outreach campaigns weekly.
* Identify and segment target audiences based on niche, brand size, and PL sales volume ($10K–$50K/month sellers preferred).
* Support the CEO in optimizing CRM workflows (HubSpot or SuiteDash) for lead tracking, follow-ups, and automation.
Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales funnel management within the eCommerce or Amazon services industry.
* Proven expertise in LinkedIn B2B outreach, including message sequencing and profile targeting.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, SuiteDash, or similar).
* Familiarity with Amazon seller ecosystems, understanding Private Label workflows, PPC campaigns, product launches, and brand growth.
* Experience with data scraping and list-building tools (Apollo, UpLead, PhantomBuster, etc.).
* Ability to analyze and improve conversion rates, reply rates, and qualified lead percentages.
* Strong written communication and presentation skills for client-facing messaging.
* Independent, disciplined, and able to meet KPIs under minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills
* Prior work with Amazon agencies or brand management services.
* Experience creating content funnels (LinkedIn posts, short-form video scripts, or client success case studies).
* Understanding of Upwork / Fiverr or other sales platforms to identify potential prospects outside LinkedIn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
