About the Role:

Ganesh Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with product selection and queries.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash/billing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and efficiently.
• Keep the store area neat, clean, and organized at all times.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/local language).
• Positive attitude and friendly approach towards customers.
• Minimum [X months/years] of experience in sales or customer service (freshers may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy store hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
