Job Description – Export Sales Head

  • International Business Development: Drive export sales strategy, explore new global markets, and achieve revenue/profitability targets for fruit pulp products.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze global industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to recommend pricing, promotions, and market entry strategies.
  • Client & Distributor Management: Build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, manage distributors/agents, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Export Operations & Compliance: Oversee export documentation, logistics, customs, and ensure adherence to international trade laws & food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO, FSSC).
  • Leadership & Representation: Lead and mentor the export sales team, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at international trade fairs to enhance brand visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
