Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote hardware and software products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer database and record interactions using CRM tools.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Achieve assigned call and sales targets.
  • Support in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with clients.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and software products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

Timings: 9 am to 6:30 pm
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.
