POSITION: INTERN – SALES (LEADING TO JOB)

JOB SUMMARY

ROVE is offering a career-oriented opportunity for a motivated Sales Intern with the potential to transition into a full-time Sales Executive role based on performance. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, lead generation, and sales operations while learning professional sales practices in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and walk-in clients
  • Support lead generation through calls, follow-ups, and digital platforms
  • Learn and present ROVE’s products/services to potential customers
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
  • Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and showroom activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
  • Meet assigned learning targets and performance benchmarks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
