Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Government Tenders: Supporting the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders.
- Sales Operations: Mapping sales workflows, documenting processes, and reducing inefficiencies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Cleaning data, maintaining CRM/ERP systems, and creating dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Client Relations: Managing stakeholder relationships and supporting sales teams with tailored solutions.
Requirements & Ideal Profile
- Education: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (for specialized technical sales) or Business Administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), strong communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience: Previous internship experience or knowledge of UAE government services is an advantage.
- Languages: Often requires English, with Arabic being a significant advantage.
