Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, responding to customer inquiries, and making sales pitches.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and manage cash register operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store displays, and ensure a positive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products and services offered by the store.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and manage sales records.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma: Equivalent or higher education preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Previous Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail environment or customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with POS Systems: Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with specific products or industries relevant to the store.
