Sales Lady

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Lady to join our retail team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the products they need, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as they enter the store.

2. Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products.

3. Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs and preferences.

4. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.

5. Promote and sell products to customers, encouraging add-on sales.

6. Inform customers of current sales, promotions, and store policies.

7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.

8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and usage.

9. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

10. Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.

11. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

12. Assist in the preparation and execution of stocktaking and inventory audits.

13. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. 14. Process payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

15. Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.

16. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

17. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong customer service orientation.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Basic math skills for handling transactions.

6. Flexibility to work varied shifts.
