Position Overview:

REAP HR, a UAE-based recruitment and HR consultancy, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Lead Generation Executive to identify, research, and qualify potential business clients for both our Recruitment Consultancy and Call Centre Outsourcing services.

The role requires an individual who can research target industries, collect verified contact data, initiate outreach, and schedule appointments for the internal sales and call centre teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Research
  • Identify new business prospects across UAE industries such as Education, Healthcare, Construction, Retail, F&B, and Call Centre/BPO.

  • Generate verified contact lists (HR Managers, Managing Directors, CEOs) using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Instant Data Scraper.

  • Maintain a structured database of leads with details on company name, sector, contact person, designation, and email/phone number.

  • Segment leads for different divisions (Recruitment & Call Centre).

2. Client Outreach & Qualification
  • Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or email to decision-makers.

  • Conduct initial qualification calls or chats to confirm interest and share REAP HR s service details.

  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the Business Development or Call Centre team.

  • Record all activities and responses in Zoho CRM or Google Sheets daily.

3. Market Intelligence
  • Research competitor activities, ongoing projects, and business trends in UAE and GCC markets.

  • Identify potential clients who may require outsourced recruitment or customer support services.

  • Provide weekly reports summarizing new leads, responses, and upcoming opportunities.

4. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with REAP s Call Centre Sales Team to align targets and share qualified prospects.

  • Coordinate with internal Recruitment Specialists for lead handovers.

  • Submit daily/weekly KPI reports on lead generation, outreach activity, and conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales support, or virtual business development.

  • Strong research ability on LinkedIn, company websites, and industry directories.

  • Proficient with tools like Apollo.io, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT for message drafting.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication (Arabic a plus).

  • Highly organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

  • Familiarity with UAE business sectors and outsourcing/recruitment services is preferred.

KPIs & Performance Metrics:
  • Minimum 80 100 verified leads per day (across both divisions).

  • 30 40 outreach messages or emails sent daily.

  • 5 10 qualified leads per week (interested or open to discussion).

  • Timely and accurate CRM updates and reporting.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • Fixed monthly salary (PKR-based)

  • Performance incentives based on qualified leads or meetings generated

  • Work schedule aligned with UAE business hours (10 AM 7 PM GST)
