Hi, we are Sentics!

We are a technology start-up that develops AI-based camera systems for industrial applications. Areas of application for our customers include safety/accident prevention, infrastructure automation and human-machine collaboration. Our customers range from SMEs to OEMs from various industries. We are now looking for support to help us on our way - you!

Your Challenge:

Identify potential leads and conduct initial qualification of prospects.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.

Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.

Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales team.

Schedule appointments and demos for account executives with qualified leads.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and outreach.

What sets you apart:

Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field.

Proven experience in lead generation or sales support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.

Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines.
