Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Sales & Leasing Manager (Commercial) to lead and expand our commercial leasing operations in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the Qatar property resale and leasing market, strong corporate leasing exposure, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Leasing team to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets
• Design and implement effective leasing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee all commercial leasing inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, and corporate clients
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease and sales terms, and successfully close transactions
• Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of tenancy agreements in line with Qatar laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline and database of corporate and individual clients
• Monitor market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and KPI tracking for management review
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial sales & leasing (Qatar market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Qatar property resale market, tenancy laws, and leasing procedures
• Proven leadership experience managing sales/leasing teams
• Established corporate client network and active database is highly advantageous
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
• Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused mindset
• Immediate availability is preferred
