Weâre looking for a
full-time, in-office Sales Rep
who thrives on building relationships, driving new business, and helping clients scale their brands with better packaging.
What Youâll Do
Training & Ramp-Up (Weeks 1â4):

Hands-on time in the
stock room
, learning our catalog by working with incoming and outgoing shipments.

Spend time with
each department in the office
â sales, operations, and logistics â to understand how the pieces fit together and how we support clients end-to-end.

Learn our
sales process, CRM, buyer personas, supply chain basics, and deal structuring
with leadership guidance.

Build
deep product knowledge
so you can confidently match clients to the right solutions.
Sales Execution (Month 2+):

Outbound:
Re-engage past accounts, build new relationships via LinkedIn and industry outreach, and research targeted companies in cannabis, HBW, and wine/spirits to connect with marketing, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain contacts.

Inbound:
Field new prospect inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule intro calls.

Business Development:
Create new opportunities through research, outreach, and referrals.
Sales Strategy:

Run discovery calls to understand each clientâs packaging across SKUs.

Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities.
-
Offer samples, pricing, and decks where appropriate.

Collaborate closely with leadership and backend teams to close deals.

Stay disciplined â
activity is just as important as outcomes
â and consistently hit outreach and meeting goals.
What Weâre Looking For

A
proven salesperson
with experience prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

Strong communicator, confident in both cold outreach and relationship-building.

Coachable, proactive, and eager to grow with the company.

Prior experience in
cannabis, HBW, wine/spirits, or B2B packaging
is a plus â but not required.
