Sales Manager

Role Snapshot

Lead the sales team, own targets, and grow revenue through strong pipeline management, coaching, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set monthly and quarterly targets and build territory plans
  • Coach and manage a team of reps with daily huddles and weekly reviews
  • Run pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal inspections in CRM
  • Join key meetings to close high value accounts and renewals
  • Launch campaigns, manage pricing and proposals, and track conversions
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance for smooth delivery
  • Report performance, wins, and risks with clear action plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 5+ years in sales with proven target achievement
  • 2+ years leading a sales team preferred
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Solid Excel and CRM hygiene
  • Comfortable with field travel in Lahore

Preferred

  • Experience in services, FMCG, healthcare, education, or tech
  • Presentation skills and data driven decision making
