We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing AI-powered FMCG platform that connects retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and consumers on a single platform.This role combines remote work with customer visits, offering a fixed salary with attractive incentives and travel reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers (retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders) to introduce and explain the platform’s benefits.
● Conduct online demos and presentations tailored to client requirements, addressing questions effectively.
● Visit customers in their area for relationship building, presentations, or negotiations (travel expenses reimbursed).
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
● Nurture prospects from first contact to successful onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly demonstrate products.
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● Good knowledge of CRM tools and practices.
● Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed goals.
● Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers in their area (with full travel reimbursement).
Job Details:
● Fixed Salary: ₹5 LPA
● Incentive: 10% incentive once monthly revenue crosses ₹2.5 L
● Work Mode: Work from Home with required client visits
● Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
