Position: Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our market presence. The role requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any sales-related concerns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Manage budgets, incentives, and commission structures for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales management, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical/FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results.
  • Willingness to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
