Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with prior experience in the CCTV or Electronic Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires leadership qualities, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in CCTV/Electronic products.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, references, and market research.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of projects and after-sales service.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in CCTV, Security Systems, or Electronics Industry.
Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, or related electronic security solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
