Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in field sales and touring. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding business opportunities. Candidates with prior experience in the bathroom fittings, sanitary, plumbing, or building materials industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned regions.
  • Conduct regular client visits, touring, and fieldwork to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and updates to management.
  • Support in organizing customer meets, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven field touring experience in sales.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales/ business development experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle dealer network and project sales.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools preferred.
  • Experience in bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, or building materials industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,236.28 - ₹61,926.29 per month
